can I leave my luggage at Tokyo station for 6 days ? how much it costs? how much it cost to deliver luggage from tokyo to kyoto ?

Luggage left at the manned baggage counter in Tokyo station must be picked up on the same day. Coin lockers only hold things for three days, and then they're cleared out by staff. Delivery cost depends on size and weight: http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e2278.html

If you will be leaving from Tokyo, you can also send it directly to your departure airport, or leave it in lockers there (especially if it's Haneda).
