Specialist Doctor for Musician's injury?

Does anyone know if there is a doctor who specializes in common musician's injuries (RSI, carpel tunnel, tendonitis, etc) as close as possible to Nagoya area?
Although cutting down the possibilities, a doctor speaking some English would be a bonus.

There are two musician's clinics, Yokohama City University Hospital and Tokyo Women's Medical University, Aoyama Hospital .
You need to visit either the hospital with medical references, or, Chunichi Hospital in Nagoya has good reputation in hand surgery.
