Kintetsu Pass used in reverse?

Ohayoo
i would like to know if the kintetsu pass can b uses in reverse.
i.e fro city to osaka airport / nagoya city to nagoya airport.
Also, if I am going fro nagoya to takayama / shirakawagi n back to nagoya only - should i buy the JR hokuriku pass.
