Exchange JR pass at Shinagawa Station

As we arrive late in the evening about 10:00pm in April 2016 at Haneda airport, then stay in Kamata for one night, could we exchange our Japan Rail pass at Kamata station or Shinagawa Station? Thank you.

The pass exchange is not possible at Kamata Station. At Shingawa Station, it is possible until 7pm. Here is a full list with all the details:
