Which express train I should take?
Which pass will you recommend if I also plan to visit Hakone?

No direct train from Shinagawa, only from Asakusa or Shinjuku, but not covered by the nationwide JR Pass. If you have one, Shinkansen from Tokyo or Ueno to Utsunomiya and then local train to Nikko.
