Fuji Hakone Pass

Hi, I will be visiting in April 2016 and this is my suggested itinerary:
Day 1: Shinjuku to Hakone (Sight seeing cruise, Souzan ropeway)
Day 2: Hakone to Lake Kawaguchiko, back to Hakone
Day 3: Hakone to Gotemba Premium Outlet, back to Shinjuku
Will the Fuji Hakone Pass cover transportation for these three days?

Day 1: Shinjuku to Hakone (Sight seeing cruise, Souzan ropeway)
The cablecar between Gora and Sounzan is covered, but note that the Hakone Ropeway is currently out-of-service between Sounzan and Ubako. If operating, it would be covered. The substitute bus between Sounzan and Ubako/Togendai is also covered.
Day 2: Hakone to Lake Kawaguchiko, back to Hakone
Yes, it is covered.
Day 3: Hakone to Gotemba Premium Outlet, back to Shinjuku
No, in order to use the Fuji Hakone Free Pass, you have to return by bus from Kawaguchiko to Shinjuku. You cannot return from Hakone or even Gotemba.
