Takino park partially close down?

Hi, i'm travelling to Sapporo next week and would like to visit Takino park. Unfortunately, there is a close down notice startinggl from 16 Jan.

I used Google translate and roughly understand that the frozen Waterfall Ashiribetsu is not accessible. May I know if the tube sled and beginner ski with ski equipment rental are available or not?

スキーレンタル is ski rental but no condition info no worry.
