Hey
Can someone please tell me what day they recommend visiting Harajuku to see all of the kids dressed up (if they still do that)?

It used to be on Sundays, but I tend to think that has died down. I went in 2005 and it was full of people. In 2010 there were very few. In 2012, 2013, 2014 and 2015, I didn't see anyone dressed up hanging out on the bridge over the JR lines.
I cannot say if it has totally died or not. All I can do is report what I saw on a Sunday in those years, usually March or October.
