Hi all,
I am arriving at Narita T2 at 5h20 pm (end of March) and was wondering if I would have time to go check in at the hotel (near Suidobashi Station) and then go at an observation deck and finally have something for dinner.
Any idea how much time all the travel will take (luggage, customs, train and then again transport) and please recommend me a place which will not be closed?

You would reach Tokyo City in anything from 1.5 to 2 hours from touch down.
