if I have avail a ICOCOA & Haruka pass, can I still purchase 1 Day JR Pass inside japan? Planning to go to Himeji.

There is no such thing as a 1 day JR Pass. The nationwide JR Pass is available for 7, 14 or 21 days.
Did you mean a different pass?
