Error Message when booking Skymark tickets

Hello. I can't seem to book tickets on skylark - error message of "pls confirm notes prior reservation" but there isn't any confirm button on the notes/conditions page.
I have tried on safari, internet explorer along with java script.
Kindly advise

You need to say exactly what the error message is (it certainly does not say "pls") and when it happens.
