Adachi Museum of Art 50% off foreign visitors

On http://www.japan-guide.com/e/e5806.html it is mentioned that the admission fee for the Adachi Museum of Art (Matsue) is 50% for foreign visitors. However, I don't see that information on the website of the museum itself (https://www.adachi-museum.or.jp/en/guidance). Is it true that the price for foreign visitors is 50% off?

According to the following website, entrance fee is 50% off for foreign visitors. Remember to take along your passport.

And keep in mind this has been a campaign that Matsue has been running for at least a decade, so I'm pretty confident if remains in effect. Be sure to bring ID, but when we went they practically forced the discount on us without even checking (although it was pretty obvious that we were foreigners).
