Hello,
Can you please help me to figure out the train line from a station in Shinjuku to Kamakura for a day hike. Can I do that from early morning and finish by 4pm to get back to Shinjuku?

Can you please help me to figure out the train line from a station in Shinjuku to Kamakura for a day hike.There are two direct trains per hour along the JR Shonan Shinjuku Line between Shinjuku and Kamakura. In other cases, one transfer is required along the way: http://www.hyperdia.com/Can I do that from early morning and finish by 4pm to get back to Shinjuku?Yes. The train ride to Kamakura is only about an hour.
