Ise-Kumano Area Tourist Pass - ltd exp bus

I plan to use Ise-Kumano Area Tourist Pass and just check the time table of Kumano Kotsu bus.

Is it possible to use the pass with Limited Express bus of Kumano Kotsu ?

According to the website of Ise-Kumano Area Tourist Pass, the bus lines for which limited express buses are available are the line between Katsuura station bus stop and Nachi-san bus stop, and the line between Shingu station bus stop and Hongu-Taisyamae bus stop.

Another website of Kumano Kotsu Co. doesn't state that additional fee is required for the limited express bus.
So, you can utilize your Ise-Kumano Area Tourist Pass at only limited area for taking the limited express bus at no additional fee.

I have a similar question, specifically I am taking Kumano Kotsu Limited bus from Katsuura Station to Dorokyo Gorge Jet Boat Tour terminal.
Could anyone please advise if I can use Kumano tourist pass for the trip?

According to the website as I referred to, the Pass doesn't cover the direct Limited Bus for Dorokyo Gorge Jet Boat Tour.
If you want to utilize your Pass, you need to take a bus from Shingu station bus stop to Siko(Dorokyo Gorge ).

I was having a same opinion.
I believe the pass is to promote Tourism ; the bus is perfectly timed for the 10:00 boat ride, but for unknown reason the route is excluded in the validity of the pass.
