Haneda airport - Asakusa via water bus? 2016/4/2 08:13
I know that there is a train that will cheaply, quickly, and easily take to me straight to Asakusa from Haneda airport, but..... can I go partly by water bus? I've never been on the river.

I arrive at Haneda international terminal at 0530 on Tuesday 10 May.

Is is possible to catch the monorail/train to a pier and then water bus to Asakusa leaving before 0700 on a tuesday?

Which combination of train/station/ferry line would be easiest/most enjoyable?

Cost and time are secondary considerations, so if it takes twice as long and costs four times as much as the train, that is OK .

No such service from HND as water bus port/stop
also operating time even from nearest just too early arr.

By trains (regular commuter/no need express/seat fee) enough
also will be one paper/ic card ticket(PASMO easiest) very simple.

10 May is regular weekday but no worry bc morning rush will start later about an hour.

By bus no need transfering until Asakusa
but car/toll roads already started morning rush bit crawded
however, window view is better than trains if first time.
Trains mostly goes through underground.

Thank you. I couldn't work out the time of the first water bus on the japanese language website, and some don't seem to run on the second tuesday of the month. So, based on what you have advised it looks like I'll be arriving too early for the water bus, and will need to choose another option.

Your suggestion of a bus might be a good choice, as part of the reason for looking at the water bus was to get a better view than the direct subway train (that obviously doesn't have a good view...).
