Hi, I'm going to Ghibli but would like to avoid the rush. I know it's rush hour 7am - 9am into Shinjuku, but what if my destination is going out on Odakyu line?

There would be no problem.
Take Chuo(rapid) or Sobu(local) line of JR for Mitaka.
