what kind of free pass should we pre-book

Dear Japan-guide staffs,
Our itinerary is as below
Apr.15th arrive Haneda at 7am,
Discover Tokyo , Stay near Ueno station.
18th-19th play & stay at disneyresort.
20th go from Maihama to Kawaguchiko,
Stay at maruei55, visit fuji san.
21th move to sengokubara, stay at shinanoki ichinoyu,
Boat, rope way. ..
22th move to kowakien, enjou unessun
23th go back Tokyo,
Around 9pm go Haneda to flight back HCMC.
Can you advise us which kind of FreePass should we buy.
Hakone free pass could cover all our trip to/inside hakone ?
Or Fuji Hakone Pass ?
Could we buy it online before the trip ?
