Hachioji LTD EXP KAIJI 101 - This train can be boarded at Shinjuku Station.

The Otsuki to Kawaguchi section is not covered by the JR East Pass. It is operated by the Fujiku Railway.

The 3 Day Kanto Wide pass does cover the the Fujiku Railway.

Nozomi is JR Tokai (Central) and not part of the JR East Pass validity area/services.

The 3 Day Kanto Pass is now the Tokyo Wide Pass for 3 days as well.

SHINAGAWA to SHINJUKU(JR) to OTSUKI
If you depart 09:05 you will arrive at OTSUKI the same time, 10:37.
No issue using JR East Pass. If I were you, I would use JR Tokyo Wide Pass. It covers Kawaguchiko.

Hi hakata14
As mention "Hachioji LTD EXP KAIJI 101 - This train can be boarded at Shinjuku Station."

I could not find it using Hyperdia search kindly advice.

Another question on Tokyo Wide Area Pass does it cover the Shikansen Kodama from Shinagawa to Tokyo and Nasuno from Tokyo to Oyama as below time table from 09:00am from Shinagawa to Tomita ?

Re: Visit Fuji Shibazakura Festive park 2016/4/7 17:53
Hi hakata14
Ignore above query as it is correct that the train can be board from Shinjuku. Mistaken from Shinagawa.

Thanks

Tokyo Wide Pass is issued by East Japan Railways. The Kodama, Hikari and Nozomi Shinkansen, though they originate at a JR East station, are part of JR Tokai (Central) and therefore not part of the Tokyo Wide Pass.
