Hokkaido trip at the end of May

Hi all,
I will be in Hokkaido from 27/05/16 - 01/06/16. My itinerary is about the below:
27/05 Sapporo
28/05 Furano / Biei
29/05 Sapporo
30/05 Otaru
31/05 Sapporo
We're planning to drive from Sapporo to Furano and back to Sapporo. My question is for 29/05-31/05 which transport package is the most suitable for us in Sapporo and Otaru? We have all 18 ppl including children. Our flight back is on the 1st of June early 9am, is there any shuttle bus we can book in advance to send us to airport from Sapporo?

No good flower field at Furano/Biei.
Recommend Asahiyama zoo in Asahikawa city and Hakodate.
Sapporo and Otaru no need a car.

I'll be honest, the amount of time, you won't be able to enjoy much. Traveling consumes a lot of time. Furano/Biei you can see planted plants that are not fully bloom. You can visit their nursery. Biei has a blue pond and the bus runs at specific timings on weekdays and weekends. Otaru can travel by train to see the sea view.
