Hello,
May i know if the flowers would still be fully bloomed if i were to visit on 23 May 2016? Or would it have been wilted by then?

Which flowers and where? There are several types in bloom at any given time across Japan.

Hello, sorry i forgot to mention it's the Fuji Shibazakura Festival.. It's open from April/16/2016 through May/29/2016.. However it states on the website that the dates and hours may be changed, depending on the flower conditions. The flowers are: McDanielfs Cushion, Scarlet Flame, Autumn Rose, Tama-no-nagare(literally Tama Stream) and Little Dot. I'm afraid that if i were to go on the 23 May the flowers would have already withered.
