Bus timetable Shiretoko area

Hi,
I was wondering whether there are direct bus from Utoro to Kushiro and if so, where may i find the bus timetable? I know that Akan bus may travel that route but it seems that they dont have timetable in English or they just go from Rausu to Kushiro.
For Shari bus and Akan bus to travel around Shiretoko area, do we have to reserve in advance?
