I'm planning to rent-a-car and travel around Central Japan from 21-25Nov.
My plan is to drive a loop from Osaka-Ise-Nagoya-Takayama-Shirakawago-Kanazawa-Osaka.
1. Is there any toll discount passes that suitable for me?
2. Is the road condition OK (no snow and no winter driving road) during my driving period?
