Train to Tobu World Square

Checked the various websites relating to travel to Nikko/Kinugawa Onsen area. Just wanted to verify whether this is the best route to Tobu World Square and return. would appreciate your advice.

Depart from Utsunomiya station in the morning (since we will be returning from Aomori area) using JR East Tohoku pass to Nikko Station and walk about 200 meters to Tobu Nikko Station and connect to Shimo-Imaichi Station and then transfer to train bound for kinugawa onsen.How do you get to Tobu World Square from Kinugawa?

The return plan is to take limited express Kinu from Kinugawa Onsen to Kita senju and transfer to JR Yamanote line. Will this trip be entirely covered by JR East pass?

You can also exit the JR train at Imaichi and walk to Shimo-Imaichi. It's a slightly longer walk, but you need only one transfer.
