I plan to go to kansai around 19-28 May 2016 , total 9 days. But the kansai thru pass have only 2 days and 3 days. How many cards i can buy and use it around kansai.

Kansai Thru Pass doesn't cover JR line.
So you may better consider to purchase not only Kansai Thru Pass but also JR Kansai Area Pass.
