Please help me to work out my routes and bus fares :
1) which highway express bus should I take to travel from Shinjuku to Takayama.
2) Which highway express bus to take from Nagano to get off at Hachioji or near to Hachioji.

Thank you for trying to help.
I found the Shinjuku to Takayama, but can't see anything coming back from Nagano to get off at Hachioji or near to Hachioji.

I have reversed my plan. I will be traveling Shinjuku to Nagano, returning from Takayama, bus can drop me off at Chuod Hachioji.
