Taxi to Fujiten

Hi,
I've been reading that from Kawaguchiko st I have to take 20 minutes taxi to get to Fujiten. From Kawaguchi st it will be easier to get taxi but might be harder to get taxi from fujiten.
Can anyone tell me how to contact the taxi to fujiten, and it will be possible to contact them through their website since i might not have mobile online
I 'm also considering to rent car, will there be any free parking in fujiten? and will it be super crowded during sunday? during the snow season will the road can still be easily accessible?
