Tateyama Kurobe Option Ticket

Hi all,
Me and my family (4 of us) area from Indonesia. We plan to arrive on 15 May in Nagoya, and directly take train to Toyama. We will visit the Alpine Route on 16 June 2016 morning, from Toyama-Nagano, staying overnight at Murodo, then the following day (17 June) off to Nagano, and back to Toyama.
My questions are :
1. Will there be crowded in the Alpine Route during these dates ?
2. The reason I ask is because I'm trying to find ways to book the Kurobe Option Ticket online, but it seems there is nowhere to do so.
3. If indeed the Tateyama Kurobe Option Ticket can't be bought online, then will it be better for me to just go ahead and book online the Alpine Route, leaving the Toyama-Tateyama and Ogizawa-Nagano later when I get to Japan, OR, wait till I arrive in Toyama (afternoon of 15 June) to book my Kurobe Option Ticket for the morning of 16 June.
