Hitachi Seaside Park in mid november

I am wondering to visit the Hitachi Seaside Park in mid november. Do you think it worths a visit in that period to enjoy colours of the nature or it is a not so spectacular moment to go?

The best time for a visit to Hitachi Seaside Park is early May for nemophila and early Oct for kochia.

Not the best time to go, but not the worst either. You could also combine it with a visit to Kairakuen Garden in Mito.

If you wanna enjoy the nature color of seasons (it means exactly autumn leaves KO-YO), you will enjoy in Tokyo or Kamakura rather than Hitachinaka-kaihin-koen beause of passing seasons.
My recommendations are Oyama in Kanagawa and Meigetsu-in in Kamakura.
