It will take place between 3 pm and 8 pm on Sat, 6th August. Basically, apart from the possibility to preorder some special menu, the text does not really say much: inviting visitors to come and experience the "retro" atmosphere of the Taisho and Showa periods.

I have found also other festivals but they all finish within 8-9 pm.
I was sure they would last until night because I saw many photos taken in the evening.
