Hi. I am not sure on the statement "only for JR Hokkaido Line ticket holder". I'm not getting the JR Pass or Hokkaido Rail Pass. However, I will be using Furano Lavender Express to Furano then Biei. Am I still eligible for purchasing Twinkle Bus Biei ticket? Thank you.

yes, just show your JR ticket or purchase both JR ticket and Twinkle Bus ticket at the same time
