Airport shuttle from Chitose to Sapporo

we are a family of 4, 3 adults and a child. we will be coming from chitose airport to ibis styles sapporo hotel on oct 30, 2016. since my mother is 92 years old, there's no way for her to take the train and walk. what is the best way get to our hotel without the hassle. thanks

There are escalators/elevators on the train stations. Catch the train and then take a cab at Sapporo Station.
