Kinugawa theme park pass at Shinjuku

Shinjuku station is a very large station. I, therefore, have two questions
1. Where exactly can I find the area that I can buy the Kinugawa theme park pass within Shinjuku station?
2. What are the schedule to go to and come back from Kinigawa onsen from Shinjuku?

Here is the Japan Guide web page for the Tubu-Nikko passes. There are several "flavors" of passes, including the Kinugawa Theme Park Pass. It says that the pass is available in the "Tobu Travel" travel agency in Shinjuku.

As for the second question about travel. I would go on the Yamanote Line to Nippori Station, and then take the Joban line to Kita-Senju Station.

Kita-Senju Station is the main Tobu station, where you start to use the Tobu Nikko pass. I would buy the pass here.

It takes about an hour and a half to get from Shinjuku Station to Kinogawa-Onsen station.

Which place in Shinjuku will you start from?

Tobu Top Tours Shinjuku Travel Salon is located outside the Shinjuku rail complex.
