JR Bus Operation Dates Aomori to Towadako

The JR Bus schedule for September states the operation dates as July 16 to Sep 7 and Sep 17 to Nov 6. Does this mean that there are no buses in operation between Sep 8 and 16. I am planning to take the bus from Aomori Station to the Oirase Stream on Sep 15.

Thanks Firas. I am re-reading the conditions of operations and I think it means the "seasonally varying time schedule" will only operate on certain dates.
