Where to see Mt. Fuji from Miyanoshita/Fujiya

We will be staying at the Fujiya Hotel (in Miyanoshita) for a night and would like to spend a day viewing Mount Fuji. We've done it before from Owakudani (ropeway etc), which is now closed. What are the alternatives? Where the best vista point near the Fujiya Hotel? We don't mind taking taxis. We may also try to do the Lake Hakone boat trip, but with the ropeway closed, we're not sure how to get there.

The Hakone Ropeway has re-opened, so you can take a ride. Another option would be to take the Komagatake Ropeway too (not part of Hakone Free Pass).
