Travel between Hama Rikyu & Asakusa

On Friday 9th September I want to travel from Hama Rikyu garden to Asakusa by water bus. Preferably around 10am. This appears to be a problem with regards direction etc. I can't see a timetable / cost for the Mizube Cruise Line as these seem to be the only company doing this route, but they appear to be cruises. Any assistance much appreciated
