Sounkyo camping in October

I will be at the beginning of October in Sounkyo. The problem is that the accommodation there is too expensive for my budget.
My question is - are there any camping areas open in this time of year in Sounkyo? If so, do I need to book in advance there?

Two that I found are open from June to Sept, or July to Aug. only. One is really a camping ground only (for pitching tents, just toilets and cooking area only, the other one is for camper vans AND tents). So for October you will need to find a hotel...
