Is there any restaurant within Ueno Park? I don't mean teahouse or any other sort of cafe, but a place where you can eat lunch or dinner.

There are several cafes inside the park around the plazas and in the museums. There are also plenty of restaurants along the streets circling the park especially on the Ueno Station side.
