Need help with itinerary (Tokushima-Shikoku)

Hello everyone. I will be going to Shikoku (specifically Tokushima region) for about 4-5 days late Oct. Both my friend and I can't drive so we will be depending on buses/trains/cabs(if any). Places we would ideally like to include (mainly nature): - Iya Valley - Tsurugi san - obokekyo canyon boat trip - a rafting trip (perhaps happy raft?) - any other signification attractions We will be arriving Osaka international airport early morning and will likely take the Hankyu bus from the airport to Awaikeda bus station. The only thing is, I cannot seem to translate the following website to eng to check for bus schedules. Can I just book the bus ticket upon arrival at Osaka airport? https://www.hankyubus.co.jpAny suggestions on where we should stay, and the best way to get around? We are also thingking of staying 1 night near Tsurugi-san/Iya valley. We will return to Osaka after Shikoku. Thank you in advance!
