Bus from Kansai airport to Tokushima Sta

I plan to visit Shikoku in April 2017. I have some question about the bus information. I will arrival at Kansai Airport around 15.30 and I want to take the bus to Tokushima on the same day at 17.20... Could I buy a bus ticket at the ticket window at the airport? ( from this site it said I have to reserve http://www.kate.co.jp/en/timetable/detail/TS )

Yes, you can buy tickets at the ticket window near the bus stop (bus stop no. 2, ticket window D).
