Fukuoka Pass

I am going Fukuoka for 4 days 3 nights. As JR passes are expensive, so i would like to go around the city with other alternatives.
Would like to visit places like Dazaifu and maybe Nagasaki. Does the Fukuoka Tourist City Pass 1340 yen include Nishitetshu train and bus ride to Nagasaki and other places too?

Nagasaki is in a whole other location. A 3 day northern pass is cheaper than a return trip to Nagasaki from Fukuoka. This link has all the passes availabe for Fukuoka and the pdf you can click on have all the info on validity areas:- http://www.nishitetsu.jp/en/ticket/
