Hakone Free Pass is this doable

We arrive in Toyko mid March 2017 we depart from Shinjuku Station going to Hakone for one day in this order
Romance Car hopefully reserve the front seat
Hakone Tozan Railway
Hakone open air Museum
Gora Cable Car
The Rope Way and (souvenir Store)
Hakone sightseeing cruise
If we can get a bus Hakone -en Ropeway (is to worth doing the view looks good?)
If we can get a bus to Mishima Sky Walk
Not sure which way back to Toyko yet if any suggestions that would be good
Is there a regular bus service from Motohakone sightseeing cruise terminal to Mishima Sky Walk or is there a better way of getting there?

Although access is available for the bridge. I don't think you'd have time to do the Hakone loop and add the bridge into your day also.

Doing the Hakone loop and one or two other things is possible, but makes for a long day. My most recent visit included a stop at Odawara Castle and the glass museum.
