Looks to me that you are not travelling far enough for the pass to pay off. It will be cheaper to use a Suica card and possibly a Nikko Free Pass for the side trip to Nikko/Kinugawa.

Then I will purchase Keisei skyliner with Tokyo metro subway from Narita airport. Can I use Tokyo metro subway when go to Shinagawa, Kawagoe, Disneyland ?

If That's your itinerary you don't need any PASS aside from maybe the TOBU Nikko pass. Just buy each ticket individually. The closest station to the Disneyland is Maihama station which is a JR station.
