Narita Express train go directly to Shibuya?

I thought the website says it has direct access from the airport NEX to Shibuya, but other sites indicate we need to transfer from Tokyo station to Shibuya.

Since we are new and will have luggage, I'm thinking of changing hotels from Shibuya to Tokyo station as we are first time visitors and may get confused as we arrive from a long tiring flight...

Some stop in Shibuya and some don't, depends on the time!

You do not have to change the hotels.

All NEX should go to Shibuya DIRECT. Check the timetable that ruby has posted, comparing their train numbers. NEX will spirit the cars for Shinjuku and those for Yokohama at Tokyo. All seats are reservations only on NEX.

So, you just have to say SHIBUYA at the JR ticketing counter at NRT. They will give you right tickets for cars for Shibuya.
