Nagoya to Matsumoto and Nagano in Jan

I will like to find out what will be the most cost effective method to travel from Nagoya - Matsumoto - Nagano - Nagoya. I have searched for information and notice I can't find any suitable jr pass or bus pass for it, my travel plan is on 19 Jan to 28 Jan, any advice???

Nagoya is on JR Central, while Matsumoto and Nagano on JR East. So, there would be no good pass among them.

Alpico buses run to/from Nagoya. But fares could change significantly by the dates. You have to take account of it and compare JR tickets by Google Maps.
