Kumamoto to Nagasaki travel via SUNQ pass

I plan to travel by ferry from Kumamoto Port to Shimabara Port, then ride a bus to Unzen after which take another bus to Nagasaki. Can anyone tell me if the ferry and buses are covered by SUNQ pass? Also, may I know the schedule of the last bus from Unzen to Nagasaki?

i'm pretty sure the bus is not covered also. As the Shimatetsu buses are just local buses, not highway buses like the SUNQ covers.

they do however have a all day pass for 1000 yen

there could also be another bus compamy doing direct buses unzen to nagasaki, but unsure of which bus comapny that is.

Many thanks for your reply. The information and links you provided were very helpful. Now I know that we have to hurrily catch the bus at 12:06 PM from Kumamoto Bus Terminal to Kumamoto Port so we can arrive at the port before the ferry departs at 1 PM or else we have to wait until 2:50 PM for the next ferry. We will be coming from Takachiho in the morning and the expected time of arrival of the bus in Kumamoto is 12 PM.

Is the only way to get to Nagasaki from Unzen is via Isahaya? Are there direct bus from Unzen to Nagasaki? If there are direct buses, can you provide link to bus schedule from Unzen to Nagasaki.

Sorry, the ferry is covered by the SUNQ pass. And some routes of the Shimabara buses. And by the looks of it, the direct bus to Nagasaki.
