Haneda to Hakone

Hello everyone, i'll be travelling to Japan this coming December. I'm planning to go to Hakone from Haneda Airport. I intend to stay one night at Hakone to enjoy the ryokan experience :P So, i'll be getting the Hakone Freepass for 2 days.
Can i know what's the fastest option from Haneda Airport to Hakone if i want to purchase the Freepass?

The fastest way is to take a Keikyu train from Haneda to Shinagawa (15 minutes) and then the Tokaido Shinkansen to Odawara (30 minutes) where you can purchase the pass.

Hi Uji,
I'll prefer not to take the Shinkansen as it's rather pricey. Are there any other alternatives?
