Night bus from Hakodate to Sapporo

hi,
We will be travelling to Hokkaido . Would like some help about transportation from Hakodate to Sapporo.
I would like to explore Hakodate till night before depart to Sapporo (reach Sapporo in the morning).
1. Are there any night bus for Hakodate - Sapporo?
2. is it possible to book online (prefer in english)?
3. where is the ticket counter location is?

They are 3 hours apart by train.
I'm doubt a night bus will serve your needs. As "if" there is one, it will probably do pickup a 4-5am and arrive in Sapporo at 7-8am. AS there wont be a specific Hakodate to Sapporo bus. Then bus will have come from say Tokyo for example.

so we take bus from hakodate ekimai bus station 23:25 PM and arrive sapporo at 5:35 AM, is it possible to book bus tickets online (english website) ?
