Try Google Maps. Most people take the Shinkansen, but you can also fly or take the bus.

Tokyo or Shinagawa to Shin-Osaka station. It is just on 14K yen for a full price reserved seat.
You can get much cheaper fares using "Platt Kodama" wesbite. You can google it.
