staying on after tokyo marathon 2017

i am thinking of staying on in tokyo after the marathon.i am not running but my son is.i want to travel round for two weeks.what will the weather be like.would love to see fuji,hiroshima and maybe nagasaki.i have been to kyoto before and have done all the touristy things.
i will probably buy a 7 day jr pass.
