Oita river rapeseeds blossom (nanohara)

I am visiting Yufuin on 3 Mar.

May I check if I will be able to view rapeseeds blossom along Oita river.

Does lake kinrinko leads to Oita river or do I need to take a bus there.

Rapeseeds start from late March.
The flower area is near the train station if you're in the season. You'll see a shrine gate when you walk 50-60 m from Yufuin station. Turn right at the shrine gate intersection (not the street under the shrine gate). You'll reach the bridge after 250-300 m walk.

I am more aware of the Rapeseed fields that are south of Yufuin near Miyasaki, at the Saitobaru Burial Grounds. Here is a link:

The rapeseed blooms at the same time at the Cherry trees. Cherry blossom season is usually the end of March.
